MODA Launches New Metaverse Club

Decentraland has announced the opening of V3RSE, a virtual club warehouse created with world-renowned DJ Deadmau5. This next-gen venue brings real nightlife right into your desktop computer!

Adidas and Gucci have recently joined the Metaverse bandwagon, but experts warn that some of these platforms lack adequate capacity when it comes to showcasing fashion styles.

What is MODA?

Moda, previously known as ODS Health, is an insurance provider headquartered in Portland, Oregon. Established in 1955 as a dental insurer, Moda now provides medical and pharmacy plans as well.

Moda products can be purchased online or over the phone and delivered to individuals and families throughout Oregon, Alaska and Texas. The company operates two provider networks – Beacon and Affinity – each providing varying gold, silver and bronze levels of coverage.

Moda, despite being a new company, has received two accreditations from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA), signifying that it abides by industry guidelines.

The company’s website offers an overview of their products and pricing information. Their plans offer a range of benefits and options, such as PPOs, HMOs, Medicare, and dental coverage through Delta Dental’s partnership.

The company’s primary mission is to provide insurance and medical plans to individuals and their families. They have been offering these services in Oregon, Washington and Alaska since 2013, though in 2016 due to financial issues they ceased selling them there due to promised assistance. Recently they won a lawsuit against the government for unpaid financial obligations and are once again writing new policies in Oregon.

What is Decentraland?

Decentraland is one of the world’s most beloved blockchain-powered 3D virtual worlds. It runs on top of the Ethereum blockchain and allows people to purchase plots of land as NFTs with MANA cryptocurrency.

The platform’s token is also an integral element of its governance mechanism, giving users voting power in the DAO decision-making process. To do this, users convert their MANA into wrapped MANA (wMANA), which is locked inside the DAO and grants them one vote on governance proposals.

Decentraland also has a utility token called LAND that represents virtual land owned by users in the game. This non-fungible coin forms part of its platform infrastructure and can be utilized for various purposes, including generating recurring income by renting out properties to other Metaverse users.

Decentraland boasts a sizable user base, boasting over 800,000 registered accounts and 465,000 Monthly Unique Users in December 2018. Over the last 30 days its marketplace has processed $15 million GMV while collecting fees of $380,000 – giving it a revenue multiple of 1425x.

V3RSE Venue

V3RSE is the next-gen metaverse club, designed and run by MODA fans for MODA community members. It offers 24/7 entertainment with public party spaces and monthly live performances from renowned artists.

Metaverse Club #16 offers deep audio-visual immersion to allow users to experience IRL nightlife from their desktop computer without any hassle or restrictions!

The company is also creating the Omniverse creative platform, which will enable virtual environments. This platform will enable artists from various fields to collaborate and produce content together.

In the meantime, they are working on a touch sensor that will enable users to feel the real world through their avatars. This marks an important step towards providing users with an immersive metaverse experience.

As part of their research, they are exploring the use of NFTs to enable digital assets like artwork and designs to be registered on the Blockchain – a development which is still in its early stages.

Additionally, they have been developing an Active Pack for Quest 2 that includes redesigned touch controller grips to enable people to interact with objects in virtual reality by holding them and receiving feedback from sensors. These new features will be released in the future to users of Quest 2.
